DELIVERIES
Free delivery from 60 euros of purchase in mainland France, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, Monaco, Belgium, Luxembourg
Metropolitan France :
- Mondial Relay: approximately 3 working days
- Colissimo: 48 - 47 hours
Overseas:
- Colissimo international: 6 to 8 working days
Europe:
- Mondial Relay: 3 to 6 working days
- Colissimo 3 to 8 working days
International :
- Colissimo international: 8 to 15 working days
This delay may vary during periods of overload of orders (particularly during the holiday period).
We are not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer incurred. No refund will be made in this case.
For deliveries with Mondial Relay (relay point), the package must be checked before signature.
After the customer's signature, no complaints will be possible.
For certain international destinations, customs fees may be applied upon receipt of your order.
RETURNS
To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: pmelegance1@gmail.com in order to inform us of your return and obtain the necessary information.
Please send us by email:
- Your order number
- Photos of the items concerned
All sale items will be neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Without this email, your return will not be accepted. Returns are possible within 14 days of receipt of your order.
After this deadline, no request can be taken into consideration.
The jewelry must be intact, unworn and sent in its original packaging.
Earrings are not subject to possible return for hygiene reasons.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
